Please find on this website, the new Scottsdale Education Center registration for the 2011-2012 school year.  To complete registration you must review and complete the FOUR BOLDED items below. This will allow us to get your child on our schedule and ensure they get the tutor and time slot that will work best for your family.

Please review and complete the following:

1)  Registration and Policy Agreement Form (Required)
2)  Student Information Sheet (Required)
3)  $40 Registration fee (Required)
4)  Mandatory Credit Card Form (Required)
5)  Class Schedule (SAT/ACT)
6)  2011/2012 Scottsdale Education Center Calendar

To register you may:

1) Complete these forms online by clicking the start registration button below  OR

2) Return the downloadable forms by mail to:  Scottsdale Education Center, 9151 E. Bell Rd., Suite 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 OR

3) Fax the downloadable forms to 480-538-0829.  If you use this option, you must pay the $40 registration fee via a credit card which can be done if you have one on file with SEC or by calling the office at 480-538-0828 OR

4) You may drop your packet by our office during our summer hours which are Mon. through Thurs.  9 AM to 4 PM. Our Fall Sessions begin Monday, August 8, 2011.  Our 2011-2012 school year hours are Mon. – Thurs., 12 to 9 PM, Saturday- By request if available.
